About Byounique Trust

Byounique Trust was founded in December 2011. We are a local Trust, registered under the Malawian Trustees Act. Our aim is to support Malawian youth to achieve their life goals via vocational trainings, life skills and job mentoring. We specifically target out-of-school youth, who wish to become skilled entrepreneurs, but do not have access to more formal (and more expensive) training facilities.

Our trainings are of high quality, hands-on, so youth will gain most practical knowledge. We strongly emphasize motivation, seriousness, customer service and financial management. It is difficult to run a successful business, especially if you start new, so we mentor our youth to achieve their succes.

Our beautiful team consists of young, professional instructors. But also our guards, garden workers and support staff contribute to the succes of our training centre. We achieve our goals as a team!
